Gratitude as a Lifestyle Choice

It is easy to be grateful when things are perfect. It is much harder when we face daily stress, family anxieties, or economic pressures. Yet, biblical stewardship is rooted in radical gratitude. It is a conscious choice to focus on God's abundance rather than the scarcity of the world. When we wake up each morning and intentionally thank God for our faith, our health, and our parish community, our hearts soften. Generosity cannot grow in a heart hardened by complaints; it thrives only in soil plowed by thanksgiving. This week, challenge your household to name three hidden blessings every day. Let us transform our perspective from 'what we lack' to 'how richly we have been blessed' by Our Lord Jesus Christ.
