God Wants You to Rest

When was the last time you took a real break? Because of the world’s rapid pace, we can easily think of rest as a waste of time or a luxury for those who can afford it.

Sr. Mary Grace reminds us that God didn’t create us to do something but to simply be. She explains that true rest is returning to the reality of who you are. God wants you to enjoy the gift of life. Taking a break might be the bravest thing you do today.
